Mail Order
Order Handling Time
Orders are dispatched on the next working day, e.g. An Order is received by us on a Monday It will be dispatched on a Tuesday, For orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday they will be dispatched on the Monday or the next working day where there is a bank holiday.
We do try and speed this up and where possible we will always try to dispatch orders faster than the stated time.

Expedited Service Next Business Day £15.00
Orders over £250.00 are free expedited next day where possible
For larger or unusual shaped /bulk orders / long / bulky items we will ship by courier.

When your order is despatched our system will notify you by email and will include any tracking code if the item has been sent by a trackable method, e.g. Royal Mail 24 or other couriers

Returns Policy
We have a returns policy of 30 days. The customer must pay for the returned items to be shipped back to us and we recommend a trackable postage method as refunds will only processed when we have received and inspected the item in perfect condition..
